Karl M. Manuel peacefully left this life to return to his ancestors on February 27, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Manuel, his mother, Anne Lamb, grandmother, Mary Lou Davis and great-aunt "Kee-yarsh."

Karl is survived by his brothers, Leon Manuel of Yuma and Allan Hatcher of El Cajon, CA, his sister, Mary Poretsky of Minnetonka, MN, his aunts, Eleanor Keyoite of Somerton and Sarah Joe of Lemoore, CA, his grandmother Sadie Manuel of Lemoore, nephew Jeremiah Allsup of Lonsdale, MN, and many cousins.

He was born on October 2, 1970 in Oakland, CA and graduated from Oakland High School. Karl worked at the Cocopah Casino, appearing in many TV commercials.

Visitation will be Friday, March 4 from 3-4pm at Funeraria del Angelia. Tribal rites will begin at 5pm at West Cocopah, with cremation at 6am on March 5.
