Leonard Allen Richardson, passed away peacefully at his sister's home Friday, Dec. 27. 2013, surrounded by family and friends. "Tucker," as he was affectionately known was born to Thomas and Barbara Ann Richardson in Oakland, CA. He was the sixth of seven children. Both parents preceded him in death.

Leonard graduated from Oakland High School in June 1975. Leonard joined the United States Army in January 1978. He received an honorable discharge.

While serving in the military, Leonard Allen met and married Rosalind Barnes. Through this union sons Leonard Allen and Thomas Emanuel were born.

Tucker leaves to cherish his memory his sons, loving companion Rochelle Hollinquest and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, January 10, 2014, 11am, at Imani Community Church, 3300 MacArthur Blvd., Oakland, CA. Chapel of the Chimes.
