Nancy Prince, 63, of Benicia, passed away Thursday, July 2, at her home following a long illness.

Born in Oakland, she had been a Vallejo resident for 29 years and a Benicia resident for the last seven years. She was co-owner of Trammell-Prince &s; Associates in Vallejo for more than 18 years before retiring in 1998.

Nancy is survived by her stepmother, Sharon Schwemin; and her stepsisters, Kim Shaw and Kristi Marshall. She was a longtime friend and business partner of Lynne Trammell.

Memorial services will be private.
