Kenneth Kakligian
Resident of Alameda
Kenneth was born on October 17, 1942 in Fresno, California and peacefully passed from this life on July 11, 2007. He moved to Alameda County in 1950 and was an Alameda resident for almost 40 years. He was a retired art and history teacher for Alameda Unified School District of 34 years and was an active member in many clubs including the Alameda Elks, the Alpha Romeo Association of California, and the Scowrers of San Francisco and the Molly Maguires. He enjoyed life to the fullest and always shared his love and special outlook on life with his family and friends.
He was a much-loved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife, Rita Marie Noonen; by his mother, Maybel Kakligian; his sons, Kyle and Kris Kakligian; sisters, Kathleen Zell and Karen Coppˇ; nephews, Erik and Andy Zell, and Paul Coppˇ; niece, Claire Coppˇ; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. A private funeral was held at Greer Family Mortuary.
