Bruce Little

A fourth generation Californian, Bruce attended Oakland High School (class of 1952), and San Jose State on athletic scholarship where he competed in football and baseball. After earning a teaching credential, Bruce taught at Orinda Intermediate School for 32 years, and also coached boys' football, wrestling and tennis at Miramonte and Campolindo High Schools, always stressing ethics and sportsmanship. Active in the community, Bruce managed several Lamorinda swim and tennis clubs, including Rancho Colorados in Lafayette, where he worked as Club Manager for over 20 years. Upon retirement, he lived in Rossmoor, was a member of Contra Costa Golf Club, and followed Cal athletics. Bruce is survived by his children: Corby Mullins (Todd), Duke Little (Ann) and grandchildren; Addison, Mackenna, Owen, Raimy. Sisters; Ardith Miller, Loreraine Hopper. A very special thank you to Carole Geoghegan for the love, kindness and care of Bruce over many years.
