Bill was born in Salinas, CA, graduated from Oakland High School, and attended UC Berkeley. He was proud to be a veteran, having served 2 years in the U.S. Army during the post-Korean War period, including a year in Japan.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Stephanie.

His faith in Jesus was the most important part of his life.

"Be confident of this very thing: that He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." Phil. 1:6

Funeral service will be on Friday, June 23rd at 1:00pm at O'Connor Mortuary, 25301 Alicia Pkwy., Laguna Hills.
